One of my personal goals for 2018 was to think more positively.
I don’t know about you but in the past, I’ve found this to be pretty difficult. When I’m faced with obstacles or challenges, the first place my mind goes is the worst case scenario. I can’t help it. It’s my instinctual reaction.
HOWEVER, lately I’ve been making a conscious effort to think more positively. I truly believe that positive thoughts play an important role in success and happiness. And I really don’t think it’s healthy to stress yourself out with the negatives all the time.
That being said, I’ve figured out a few techniques for getting myself to think in a more glass-half-full mindset. They’re been working well thus far, so today I thought I would share them.
